Why should the power saving option for the USB Root Hub be disabled?

1. Open the Device Manager.
2. Select USB Controller - USB Root Hub, Properties from the context menu.
3. Go to the tab Power Management and deactivate:
   • Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power
