- The correct connection of the scanner has been checked.
- The camera driver is missing.
Solution
Restart the setup of the scan software
The easiest way to ensure that the driver is installed is to run the software setup again. The setup is available on the data carrier. Start it with right-click - Run as administrator.
Note: Choose this option only if you have the installer of the installed software version.
Install camera drivers manually
If you have already installed the scan software and the driver was not unpacked correctly, you can also install it manually.
The appropriate driver for your system can also be found in the installation folder of the software, navigate to the following path in the installation directory to perform the correct driver installation:
...\Prerequisites\Camera
Depending on the camera installed, you must install the Point Grey, Basler or Allied Vision camera driver. Make sure to start the installation with a right-click - Run asadministrator.
Checking the camera in use
The Device Manager can be used to quickly find out which camera driver must be used. Simply search for one of the following devices in the Device Manager:
