Why does my software no longer start after an upgrade?

The software does not start anymore.
Do you receive one of the following messages?

Without message

The installation may be incomplete or corrupted.

Solution:

• Uninstall and install the software again.

"Access to the software denied".

The upgrade was installed after the upgrade period expired.

Solution:

1. Purchase an upgrade.
2. Receive activation code and enter it at start-up.

Access to the software is unlocked (applies to all upgrade for the next 12 months).

Note: If you do not want to buy an upgrade or if you do not have an activation code yet, you can reinstall the old software version.
