How to exchange the calibration data of the scanner?

Description

The following causes require the exchange of the calibration data:

• Replacement of the scanner,
• Problems during calibration,
• Insufficient scan data,
• New installation.

Conditions

• A data carrier with the calibration data is available.
• The name of the calibration data folder matches the sensor number of the scanner (see the back of the device).

Solution

• Navigate to the installation folder:
  • C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\3D-Scanner
    • Or Right-click - Open file location on the desktop shortcut.
•  Navigate to the subfolder data and rename the calibration data folder by prefixing an underscore _SO-202                                                     

• Restart the aural Scan software and follow the instructions to load the calibration data.
